Stocks Of The Month: FB, SSYS, TWTR

We're down to 31* stocks owned!

that's still too many stocks

The most recent departure is American Software (AMSWA).  I sold for a 174% actual/15% annualized gain, but the stock has been flat since June 2007 (I bought near the lows in March 2009) and has woefully underperformed the market over its entire history.  The 4.4% dividend yield is unsustainable with a 122% payout ratio, and revenue growth (5%) and profit (-26%) are awful.  This stock should have been sold years ago.

This month's buys are 2 repeats from last month - Facebook (FB), and Twitter (TWTR) - along with Stratasys (SSYS).  I will keep adding to Facebook until it is one of my largest holdings.  Twitter continues to look cheap and might be an acquisition target after the Microsoft (MSFT)/LinkedIn deal.  And although I continue to believe that 3D Systems (DDD) is the better company, I want to make sure that I don't ignore the other possible industry winner in Stratasys.

Here's my current portfolio (buy, hold, and sell). As always, I believe in all of these stocks - until I sell them.
